Shipping & Returns


Domestic Shipping

All Lester Shoes products include free registered shipping via Australia Post. We will supply you with a tracking number for you to track the deliver once the parcel is lodged.

Within Australia shipping time is usually 3–5 business days from completion of manufacturing your order. For express shipping please contact us at prior to placing your order.


International Shipping

Lester Shoes can ship internationally by request. Depending on the size and quantity of the items an international shipping rate will be calculated on a case by case basis. Please contact before placing an order.

We take no responsibility for import taxes that may apply on entry into your country. Please check with your local customs office before placing your order.

International shipping times vary but anywhere between 10 and 30 days is normal.


Returns & Exchanges

As all of our footwear is made-to-order it is important to make your choice carefully. Please contact us by phone or email if you have any concerns prior to ordering. We are more than happy to assist you and can even arrange a custom fitting session with Brian Lester to ensure the perfect fit.

Custom Footwear

If you purchase custom-made footwear this item will be designed and crafted to suit your specific measurements and requirements. Unfortunately we cannot offer a return and refund for these orders.

If you are experiencing fitting problems within 6 weeks of purchasing the item we will endeavour to address these for you. If footwear is deemed to have a manufacturing or material fault that is not part of normal wear we will rectify the problem, either by repair, exchange or refund. The determination of what is a manufacturing fault is solely the responsibility of Lester Shoes and a refund will only be offered if we deem this to be the only available outcome.

Rest assured, the Lester family have been making footwear for over 4 generations and have always ensured that our customers are satisfied.


Made to Order Footwear

Be careful to consult the fitting guide before you purchase. As all of out footwear is made to order we do not offer exchanges or refunds if the fitting is incorrect. If you are unsure of how to use the fitting guide or would like assistance to help determine the size you need get in touch with us by phone or email, or in person, and we will help you through the process. Shoes that have been worn cannot be exchanged.



Cancellation of orders can be made within 24 hours of order confirmation online. Please contact us via email or phone if you wish to cancel your order.
